Reboot Recruiting’s founder, Rob Kaufman, was born and raised in Southern California where he continues to live and raise his own family.

He has almost 10 years of experience partnering with startups and bigger companies alike to help guide and build their technical teams. He specializes in the San Francisco Bay, Los Angeles, and New York areas (to name just a few) within the United States. He uses his passion and commitment for technical recruiting to build real relationships with his clients and candidates to truly generate the finest match possible.  This is what he feels sets him apart from many recruiters in the business and he takes a special pride in establishing professional relationships.  

In his free time, you can find Rob lifting weights at the gym, hiking, doing yoga, and spending time with his partner Heather and their twins, Calum and Hazel.
